Detach With Love

5 Weeks to Letting Go Without Giving Up on Love

Loving someone who struggles with addiction can leave you feeling exhausted, confused, and pulled in a hundred different directions. You may find yourself constantly worrying, trying to fix things, or walking on eggshells just to keep the peace. Over time, it can feel like your life has become centered around someone else’s choices.

The Detach with Love course is designed to help you step out of that cycle with compassion and clarity. You’ll learn how to stop carrying what isn’t yours, reconnect with your own stability, and show up in your relationships from a place of strength instead of fear. Healing in families affected by addiction is possible, and it begins when you start caring for yourself, too.

  • Gain a clear and compassionate understanding of what detaching with love actually looks like, and what it doesn’t. This foundational week helps you begin separating love from control, while recognizing the emotional patterns that often develop when caring deeply for someone struggling with addiction.

  • Explore how attachment patterns and codependent dynamics can shape the way we respond to a loved one’s addiction. This week will help you recognize these patterns with greater clarity so you can begin shifting toward healthier, more balanced ways of relating.

  • Learn how healthy limits can become one of the most compassionate responses you offer to both yourself and your loved one. This week focuses on understanding how clear and consistent boundaries support emotional stability and create space for healthier relationships.

  • Many families struggle with the fear that stepping back means giving up. This week helps you understand the difference between abandoning someone and releasing control, allowing you to care deeply while no longer carrying what is not yours to hold.

  • Bring everything together by reconnecting with your own life, needs, and sense of possibility. This final week focuses on moving forward with greater clarity while learning to live alongside uncertainty and rebuild peace, purpose, and hope for the future.

This course is designed to guide you step by step as you learn how to detach with love, release the exhausting cycle of control, and begin reclaiming your own peace and stability.

The journey is not always easy, but with the right tools and perspective, you can begin showing up in your relationships from a place of clarity, strength, and compassion.
