You Don’t Have To Walk Through Family Addiction Alone
Seeing a loved one battle addiction is heartbreaking. You feel helpless, watching them self-destruct. But here’s the key: it’s important to not self-destruct right along with them. As much as you want to free them from the grip of drugs or alcohol, you can’t control if they are willing to take those first steps towards healing. However, you can point them in the right direction while maintaining boundaries and caring for your own emotional and physical wellbeing.
If that feels like an impossible tightrope to walk, don’t throw up your hands in despair.
We’re here to help.

My own experiences with family addiction and mental health have taught me to set boundaries with loved ones from a place of clarity versus fear. Today, after being in the trenches with family addiction and having experienced the unfortunate loss of loved ones, I am passionate about helping others through their challenging times, helping them gain insight and clarity to take the next steps.
